Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Prices and quotes
Prices shown on this website are indicative. Before any work starts or any payment is taken, Cloudebeta s. r. o. sends you a written quote that states the scope, the price and the payment terms. Nothing is charged until you have approved that quote.
2. Cancelling an appointment
Appointments and consultations can be cancelled or moved free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time.
3. Right of withdrawal
Where the law grants you a right of withdrawal (for example 14 days for consumer contracts concluded at a distance in the EU), you may withdraw within that period without giving a reason. If you asked us to start the service before the period ends, you pay only for the part already provided.
4. Refunds
Any prepayment for services not yet provided is refunded within 5 business days of your cancellation or withdrawal, using the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise.
5. How to request a refund
Write to info@cloudebeta.site with your name, the date of the order or quote and a short description. We confirm receipt and reply within 5 business days.
